    General Shipping Information
    • Sarge Knives Store will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. 
    • When your order ships, Sarge Knives Store will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. You can also track your packages via My Account. To learn how, please see "tracking packages."
    • We will ship most orders received before 5PM EST (M-F) within 48 hours.* Orders received on Friday (after 5PM EST), Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Actual transit times will vary depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6 business days.
     Standard Delivery
     Orders shipping via "Standard - Business Address" will be delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders shipping via "Standard - Residential Address" will be delivered Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

    For example:
    A package shipped via "Standard - Business Address" on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.

    A package shipped via "Standard - Residential Address" on Thursday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Saturday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.

    We do not currently offer Saturday delivery for expedited orders.

    We do not offer 3 Day shipping service to Alaska and Hawaii.

     We do not ship outside of the 48 contiguous states or to APO/FPO, US Territories, Canada or other countries or to P.O. Boxes at this time.
